Upstate Property Management Inc. (UPM) has over 10 years of successful property management experience providing a wide range of services for a focused customer base. UPM takes great pride in the properties entrusted to us and have come to believe that our methods, and management approach have a distinct advantage over other property management companies.
UPM's history can be traced back to 1996 when our Director of Operations, Mike Sollohub and our President, Peter Rosecrans Jr. worked with a small management company in Lake George NY, called Resource Property Management LLC (RPM). Mike and Peter helped RPM become Lake Georges' foremost property management company in providing management services to Home Owners Associations (HOA) such as: Top of the World, Cannon Point, Antlers at Diamond Point, Green Harbour, and recently added Sunnyview Estates. Many of these HOA's are similar to small municipalities, with their own streets, beaches, dock systems, and even waste water treatment facilities.
In 2005 Mike, Peter and their long time friend, Brian Roden decided to utilize their combined knowledge of property management, and their business, accounting, and marketing backgrounds to create Upstate Property Management Inc. UPM quickly became one of the capital regions most efficient, effective, and most importantly, honest property management companies in the area. Currently managing over 100 units, UPM prides itself on customer service and maximizing the real estate investments in which it manages. At UPM, we truly believe that one's property is only as good as its property management, and choosing the right property manager is vital to maximizing the value of ones real estate.
