Peter Rosecrans Jr.

President

After obtaining an Accounting degree from Nazareth College, Peter was accepted to the Financial Leadership Development Program at Lockheed Martin where he held various project management positions. Peter achieved an advanced degree in business (MBA) from the Graduate College at Union University in Schenectady and started Upstate Property Management Inc. in 2005. Throughout college, and his employment with Lockheed, Peter provided consulting and management services to his long time colleague and friend Mike Sollohub, while Mike held the position of Director of operations for a property management company in Lake George called, Resource Property Management LLC.

Following his completion of a Finance degree at the University at Albany, Mike continued working for the premier property management company in Lake George, Resource Property Management LLC (RPM). Mike ran the day to day operations of the RPM while working with the owner (Greg Sherry), and Peter Rosecrans to develop strategies to more effectively and efficiently manage the properties and grow the business. Mike's invaluable practical experience and knowledge of all facets of property management have helped UPM become an extremely efficient, effective and customer oriented Management Company. Mike has various certifications, including his New York State Real Estate Brokers Certification. Mike along with Upstate Property Management is a member of the Capital Region Multiple Listing Service and the National Association of Realtors. Mikes provides all aspects of real estate services but received his start dealing with the sales and rentals of condominiums developing a deep knowledge of the intricacies that go along with community living.

Brian Roden

Marketing Director

After graduating from Nazareth College with a Business degree, Brian held various Sales and Account Management positions at Merrill Lynch, IKON Office Solutions, and Sterngold Dental. Brian's successful sales and marketing skills have enabled UPM to develop, and implement targeted marketing strategies for all of UPM's various needs. As the in house web designer for UPM Brian oversees and manages the UPM websites. Each of UPM's clients presents different needs and expectations, but by leveraging new technologies, a variety of media, and established relationships throughout the advertising community, Brian and the UPM Marketing Team ensures that all of our clients marketing needs are being met.
